Cockroaches spread bacteria onto food and surfaces, trigger allergies and asthma, and multiply quickly in warm kitchens, bathrooms and drains. If you can see a few, there are usually many more hiding inside cabinets, appliance motors and cracks.
Our cockroach treatment targets the places they live and breed, not just the ones you can see. We use a low-odour gel bait that cockroaches carry back to their hiding places, with targeted spray in drains, ducts and voids where needed. Most homes can stay occupied during gel treatment.

Cockroach control for restaurants, hotels and food businesses
Commercial kitchens need regular treatment with records. We offer scheduled cockroach management with a service report after every visit, which you can show during hygiene and food-safety inspections. See our commercial pest control service for annual maintenance contracts.
Frequently asked questions
Is gel treatment safe for children and pets?
The gel is applied in small dots inside cracks, hinges and hidden spots that children and pets cannot easily reach. Our technician explains any precautions for your home before starting.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
For gel treatment, usually not. If spray is needed in some areas, we tell you how long to keep those areas closed and how to ventilate them.
How long does it take to get rid of cockroaches?
Activity usually drops noticeably within a few days to two weeks as the bait works through the population. Heavy infestations may need a follow-up visit.
